Julie Bonn Blank provides an online platform for the purchase of digital and physical products, including books, BSR Membership and access to classes or coaching sessions.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.,
  • You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Product Sales
  • Physical Books: All sales are subject to our shipping and return policies. 
  • Online Classes: Upon purchase, we will contact you regarding access to the class materials for a specified period. You agree not to share or resell access to these classes.
  • Intellectual Property: All content, including books, class materials, and website design, is the intellectual property of  Julie Bonn Blank or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission. 
5. Payment and Refunds
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payment via Square for all credit and debit cards, or PayPal.
  • Refund Policy – Ebooks cannot be refunded. New/Unread paperbacks can be refunded, but we will not pay for return shipping. BSR Memberships and classes are on a case-by-case basis. For the monthly membership, you agree to 30 30-day written notice of cancellation.
6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to: Infringing on copyrights or trademarks and transmitting viruses or other malicious code. 

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Julie Bonn Blank will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the services or physical items, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
